Abstract

The values ​​of Islamic education based on the Qur'an and Hadith related to Aqidah, Worship, and Morals must be instilled in children, especially through formal educational institutions such as Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). This article aims to explain how the internalization of Islamic educational values ​​carried out by madrasas through habituation and madrasa culture. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection through documents, observations, and in-depth interviews. The research subjects were the Head of MI Tarbiyatul Banin Pekalongan, MI Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Winong, and MI Mansyaul Huda Sendangrejo. The results of the research are that the religious programs and activities developed at MI are aimed at educating children in strengthening aspects of aqidah, worship, and morals. This activity is carried out continuously every day as a habit with the aim of making it a madrasa culture. Some of these activities include the habit of reading the Koran, Asmaul Husna, Dhuha prayer in congregation, Shodaqoh, commemoration of Islamic holidays, kissing the teacher's hand, and doing good to all. Therefore, habituation and madrasa culture must be carried out with the cooperation of all elements so that the cultivation of Islamic values ​​can shape the child's personality according to Islamic teachings.
