Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of differentiated tutoring at SD Alam Omah Scholar Pekalongan as a model of inclusive education. The main focus of the research is to analyze and evaluate how this school integrates a tutoring approach tailored to the individual needs of students, including those with special needs. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews and observation. The data obtained was then analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show the school's commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment, where every student, both with high academic abilities and those who require special attention, receives appropriate support. The differentiated tutoring approach is considered effective in increasing student engagement, facilitating the development of their potential, and overcoming challenges in inclusive education. It is hoped that this article can provide deeper insight into the implementation of a holistic and natural inclusive school model in Indonesia.

Pengembangan E-LKPD dengan Model Discovery Learning Pada Kurikulum Merdeka Kelas IV SD

This research aims to develop interactive E-LKPD that allows students to learn material on changes in the state of matter for grade IV Elementary School students using the discovery learning model. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE approach, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects consisted of 23 students from an elementary school in Tasikmalaya Regency. The initial phase involved a needs analysis to determine the design and development of the E-LKPD. The interactive E-LKPD was designed with features such as reading materials, instructional videos, images, drag-and-drop functionality, educational games, and practice exercises. The results of the study showed that students' responses to the use of the E-LKPD were very positive, with an average response score of 92.17%. The main advantages are its ability to make learning more engaging, motivate, support active and independent learning. Although there are technical constraints such as internet connectivity and limited devices, solutions such as tethering and group work have succeeded in overcoming them and this E-LKPD can be printed according to school needs. The development of this E-LKPD aligns with the demands of the digital era and the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka and has proven effective in enhancing the teaching and learning of IPAS in elementary schools.

Perkembangan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Kelas Di Sekolah Dasar: Analisis Survei

This research aims to analyze the level of pedagogical competence of class teachers in elementary schools (SD) in Pagelaran District, Pringsewu Regency, Lampung. Teacher pedagogical competence is a key factor in improving the quality of learning and student learning outcomes. However, based on initial observations, it was found that the average teacher's pedagogical competence was still relatively low. Gaps in the mastery of pedagogical competencies, especially in rural areas, have not been studied much through empirical data-based survey approaches. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a survey approach. The sample consisted of 50 class teachers selected using cluster sampling techniques from 15 state elementary schools. Data was collected through a Guttman scale questionnaire and analyzed descriptively, with validity and reliability tests to ensure the quality of the instrument. The research results show that the majority of teachers have high pedagogical competence, especially in understanding student characteristics (95%), mastering learning theory (94%), and being able to develop a curriculum (92%). Overall, 96% of teachers fell into the "very high" category and 4% in the "high" category. The contribution of this research provides empirical data that is useful for local governments and educational institutions in designing policies to increase teacher competency. Further research with a broader scope is needed to strengthen these findings. However, this study has limitations in covering the area and limited sample size, so generalization of the results must be done with caution.

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat perkembangan terbaru kompetensi Pedagogik Guru SD yang ada di Kec. Pagelaran, Kab. Pringsewu, Lampung. Kompetensi pedagogik guru merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa. Namun berdasarkan observasi awal ditemukan bahwa rata-rata kompetensi pedagogik guru masih tergolong rendah. Selain itu kesenjangan dalam penguasaan kompetensi pedagogik, terutama di daerah pedesaan masih belum banyak dikaji melalui pendekatan survei berbasis data empiris. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel terdiri dari 50 guru kelas yang dipilih menggunakan teknik cluster sampling dari 15 SD Negeri. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket skala Guttman dan dianalisis secara deskriptif, dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk memastikan kualitas instrumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru memiliki kompetensi pedagogik tinggi, terutama dalam memahami karakteristik siswa (95%), menguasai teori pembelajaran (94%), serta mampu mengembangkan kurikulum (92%). Secara keseluruhan, 96% guru masuk dalam kategori "sangat tinggi" dan 4% dalam kategori "tinggi". Kontribusi penelitian ini memberikan data empiris yang bermanfaat bagi pemerintah daerah dan institusi pendidikan dalam merancang kebijakan peningkatan kompetensi guru. Penelitian lebih lanjut dengan cakupan yang lebih luas diperlukan untuk memperkuat temuan ini. Namun, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan dalam cakupan wilayah dan jumlah sampel yang terbatas, sehingga generalisasi hasil harus dilakukan dengan hati-hati.

Pengembangan Buku Cerita Anak Berbasis Kearifan Ulama Nusantara Sebagai Pendamping Mata Pelajaran Akidah Akhlak Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

This study aims to develop a Children's Storybook Based on the Wisdom of Nusantara Ulama as a supplementary resource for the Aqidah Akhlak subject in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah In an effort to enhance students' character. considering the low literacy rate in Indonesia. The research method used is Research and Development (RnD) with the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The findings indicate that the developed storybook not only enhances students' reading interest but is also effective in instilling character and moral values taught by Islamic scholars. The validation results from teaching material experts averaged 88.7, subject matter experts 93.7, and instructional experts 82.5, demonstrating that the book is highly suitable for learning. In conclusion, the development of this local wisdom-based storybook significantly contributes to improving reading literacy and character formation among Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students while introducing Islamic history in a contextual manner.

Counseling Guidance is a unit that exists in every educational institution from kindergarten to university. BK services not only help students who have problems, but also help them to find their maximum potential. Therefore, the researcher is interested in conducting research at MI Darun Najah Ngemplak Kidul Pati to find out the implementation of guidance and counseling activities there as well as the problems experienced by the students and the factors that cause them. The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of the student counseling guidance service program at MI Darun Najah Ngemplak Kidul Pati. This type of research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of counseling guidance services for students at MI Darun Najah Ngemplak Kidul Pati was implemented through student affairs, homeroom teachers, and classroom teachers with the implementation of various counseling guidance programs, these programs ranging from orientation, cooperation, health, information, learning, individual, and periodic.

Mathematic is the science of logic that studies number theory, geometry, algebra, analysis and set theory. Mathematics is often referred to as the exact. Apart from that, mathematics is also often referred to as the exact science that is most feared by most students, especially at the elementary school level. Many students are less interested in learning because the learning media used by teachers is less interesting, so teaching materials in the form of mathematical formula pocket books are needed to improve student learning outcomes. This research aims to develop a projet based learning (PjBL) based mathematical formula pocket book that can be used to improve student learning outcomes in mathematic subjects. The research method used is research and development with thw ADDIE developmet model which has five stages. Feasibility test by material experts, media experts, subject teachers and students. The data collection technique for this research is through interviews and questionnaires. The results of the feasibility test research are as follows: 1) based on material experts, an average of 3.4 was obtained with a very feasible category; 2) based on media experts, an average of 3.8 was obtained in the very appropriate category; 3) based on mathematics subject teachers, an average of 3.3 was obtained with a very decent category.

Efektivitas Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) Berbantuan Media PAKADES terhadap Kemampuan Pemahaman Konsep Siswa Kelas V Sekolah Dasar

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui keefektifan model PBL berbantuan media Papan Perkalian Desimal (PAKADES) terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa kelas V SD. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain one group sample t-test. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas V SD 5 Gondangmanis yang berjumlah 23 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik tes dan nontes. Instrumen tes berupa soal pemahaman konsep berbentuk essay sedangkan instrumen nontes berupa pedoman angket pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Teknik analisis data berupa uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil kemampuan pemahaman konsep sebelum tindakan (pretest) menunjukan rata-rata sebesar 52 dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas 5 siswa atau 22% termasuk dalam kategori belum memenuhi KKTP, setelah dilakukannya tindakan penggunaan model PBL berbantuan media PAKADES hasil posttestl menunjukan rata-rata sebesar 86 dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas 19 siswa atau 82% yang termasuk pada kategori sudah memenuhi KKTP. Hasil uji one sample t-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,241 artinya sig > 0,05 maka Nilai rata-rata siswa kelas eksperimen tidak sama dengan KKTP (78). Hasil uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 artinya sig > 0,05 maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa model PBL berbantuan media PAKADES efektif meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa pada elemen matematika kelas V SD 5 Gondangmanis. Hasil uji n-gain menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dari pretest ke posttest atau setelah dilaksanakan pembelajaran dengan PBL berbantuan media PAKADES. Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan rata-rata sehingga didapatkan rata-rata n-gain siswa kelas V SD 5 Gondangmanis sebesar 0,62 yang berada pada kriteria n-Gain sedang. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah model PBL berbantuan media PAKADES efektif diterapkan pada pembelajaran untuk mengukur kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa.

Job Rotation: Strategi Inovatif untuk Mengasah Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah di SDN Cigugur Tengah Mandiri 2

Abstract

Principal leadership development is a key factor in improving the quality of education. One strategy that can be implemented is job rotation, which allows principals to gain diverse experiences. This study examines how the principal of SDN Cigugur Tengah Mandiri 2 developed his skills through additional duties as a training facilitator for active learning and school-based management in Cimahi City. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that job rotation provides diverse work experiences, which contribute to the development of principals' strategic, managerial and collaborative skills. In addition, these experiences encourage innovation in learning management and strengthen professional networks among principals. Job rotation proved to be an effective tool in improving principals' leadership capacity.

Pengembangan Materi Ajar Menulis Tegak Bersambung Berbasis Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Untuk Siswa Sekolah Dasar

This research aims to develop teaching materials for writing upright based on problem-based learning model with 4-D development research model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The development process begins with the define stage to identify the problems of learning to write upright, followed by the design stage to design the initial teaching materials. At the develop stage, the teaching materials were validated by material and media content experts, and tested on 26 third grade students of SDN 01 Wates Semarang. The last stage, disseminate, was conducted to disseminate the product with posters and scientific journal articles. The results showed that validation from material content experts resulted in an average score of 91% (very feasible category), while validation from media experts resulted in an average score of 93% (very feasible category). The trial of teaching materials developed for 26 third grade students of SDN 01 Wates Semarang City and the results of the comparison between pretest and posttest were -10.515, and the T-test results showed a Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05 with an effective category.
