The main focus of the research is to analyze and evaluate how this school integrates a tutoring approach tailored to the individual needs of students, including those with special needs. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews and observation. The data obtained was then analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show the school's commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment, where every student, both with high academic abilities and those who require special attention, receives appropriate support. The differentiated tutoring approach is considered effective in increasing student engagement, facilitating the development of their potential, and overcoming challenges in inclusive education. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE approach, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects consisted of 23 students from an elementary school in Tasikmalaya Regency. The initial phase involved a needs analysis to determine the design and development of the E-LKPD. The interactive E-LKPD was designed with features such as reading materials, instructional videos, images, drag-and-drop functionality, educational games, and practice exercises. The results of the study showed that students' responses to the use of the E-LKPD were very positive, with an average response score of 92.17%. The main advantages are its ability to make learning more engaging, motivate, support active and independent learning. Although there are technical constraints such as internet connectivity and limited devices, solutions such as tethering and group work have succeeded in overcoming them and this E-LKPD can be printed according to school needs. Teacher pedagogical competence is a key factor in improving the quality of learning and student learning outcomes. However, based on initial observations, it was found that the average teacher's pedagogical competence was still relatively low. Gaps in the mastery of pedagogical competencies, especially in rural areas, have not been studied much through empirical data-based survey approaches. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a survey approach. The sample consisted of 50 class teachers selected using cluster sampling techniques from 15 state elementary schools. Data was collected through a Guttman scale questionnaire and analyzed descriptively, with validity and reliability tests to ensure the quality of the instrument. The research results show that the majority of teachers have high pedagogical competence, especially in understanding student characteristics (95%), mastering learning theory (94%), and being able to develop a curriculum (92%). Overall, 96% of teachers fell into the "very high" category and 4% in the "high" category. The contribution of this research provides empirical data that is useful for local governments and educational institutions in designing policies to increase teacher competency. Further research with a broader scope is needed to strengthen these findings. However, this study has limitations in covering the area and limited sample size, so generalization of the results must be done with caution.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> Pedagogical competence; class teacher; primary school; quality of learning</em></p> <p><strong>Abstrak </strong></p> <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat perkembangan terbaru kompetensi Pedagogik Guru SD yang ada di Kec. Pagelaran, Kab. Pringsewu, Lampung. Kompetensi pedagogik guru merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa. Namun berdasarkan observasi awal ditemukan bahwa rata-rata kompetensi pedagogik guru masih tergolong rendah. Selain itu kesenjangan dalam penguasaan kompetensi pedagogik, terutama di daerah pedesaan masih belum banyak dikaji melalui pendekatan survei berbasis data empiris. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel terdiri dari 50 guru kelas yang dipilih menggunakan teknik cluster sampling dari 15 SD Negeri. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket skala Guttman dan dianalisis secara deskriptif, dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk memastikan kualitas instrumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru memiliki kompetensi pedagogik tinggi, terutama dalam memahami karakteristik siswa (95%), menguasai teori pembelajaran (94%), serta mampu mengembangkan kurikulum (92%). Secara keseluruhan, 96% guru masuk dalam kategori "sangat tinggi" dan 4% dalam kategori "tinggi". Kontribusi penelitian ini memberikan data empiris yang bermanfaat bagi pemerintah daerah dan institusi pendidikan dalam merancang kebijakan peningkatan kompetensi guru. Penelitian lebih lanjut dengan cakupan yang lebih luas diperlukan untuk memperkuat temuan ini. The research method used is Research and Development (RnD) with the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The findings indicate that the developed storybook not only enhances students' reading interest but is also effective in instilling character and moral values taught by Islamic scholars. The validation results from teaching material experts averaged 88.7, subject matter experts 93.7, and instructional experts 82.5, demonstrating that the book is highly suitable for learning. The research method used is research and development with thw ADDIE developmet model which has five stages. Feasibility test by material experts, media experts, subject teachers and students. The data collection technique for this research is through interviews and questionnaires. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain one group sample t-test. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas V SD 5 Gondangmanis yang berjumlah 23 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik tes dan nontes. Instrumen tes berupa soal pemahaman konsep berbentuk essay sedangkan instrumen nontes berupa pedoman angket pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Teknik analisis data berupa uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil kemampuan pemahaman konsep sebelum tindakan (pretest) menunjukan rata-rata sebesar 52 dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas 5 siswa atau 22% termasuk dalam kategori belum memenuhi KKTP, setelah dilakukannya tindakan penggunaan model PBL berbantuan media PAKADES hasil posttestl menunjukan rata-rata sebesar 86 dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas 19 siswa atau 82% yang termasuk pada kategori sudah memenuhi KKTP. Hasil uji one sample t-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,241 artinya sig > 0,05 maka Nilai rata-rata siswa kelas eksperimen tidak sama dengan KKTP (78). Hasil uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 artinya sig > 0,05 maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa model PBL berbantuan media PAKADES efektif meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa pada elemen matematika kelas V SD 5 Gondangmanis. Hasil uji n-gain menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dari pretest ke posttest atau setelah dilaksanakan pembelajaran dengan PBL berbantuan media PAKADES. Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan rata-rata sehingga didapatkan rata-rata n-gain siswa kelas V SD 5 Gondangmanis sebesar 0,62 yang berada pada kriteria n-Gain sedang. One strategy that can be implemented is job rotation, which allows principals to gain diverse experiences. This study examines how the principal of SDN Cigugur Tengah Mandiri 2 developed his skills through additional duties as a training facilitator for active learning and school-based management in Cimahi City. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that job rotation provides diverse work experiences, which contribute to the development of principals' strategic, managerial and collaborative skills. In addition, these experiences encourage innovation in learning management and strengthen professional networks among principals. The development process begins with the define stage to identify the problems of learning to write upright, followed by the design stage to design the initial teaching materials. At the develop stage, the teaching materials were validated by material and media content experts, and tested on 26 third grade students of SDN 01 Wates Semarang. The last stage, disseminate, was conducted to disseminate the product with posters and scientific journal articles. The results showed that validation from material content experts resulted in an average score of 91% (very feasible category), while validation from media experts resulted in an average score of 93% (very feasible category). The trial of teaching materials developed for 26 third grade students of SDN 01 Wates Semarang City and the results of the comparison between pretest and posttest were -10.515, and the T-test results showed a Sig.
